I didn't always know I wanted to own my own bakery. On my journey to this realization I have been a cashier, cosmetologist, served 4 years active duty in the Army deployed to Bosnia, earned an AAS in Business Administration, BA in Management Information Systems and an airline travel coordinator but I have always loved baking.

I started baking for friends on occasion and they would ask me why I wasn't doing this as a business. Finally after enough convincing and lots of newly found courage I went forward and started taking it seriously baking from home at night while still working a full time job. And now, I finally have my own bakery outside of my home.
